Does completing an order form quarantee that I will receive my order?
The availability of fresh truffle is limited, and allocation is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting an order form does not guarantee the product being allocated. Once completed, a member of our team will get in contact with you within 24 hours to confirm your order.
Can I collect my order directly from Silverwood Truffles?
Our fresh truffles are available for pickup after a member of our team has confirmed your order. Please note that collection is by appointment only.
Do you offer shipping for fresh truffles?
Yes - our fresh truffles are available to be shipped to you at a flat rate of $19.95 Australia-wide using Express Post. Please ensure someone is ready to receive your parcel to ensure it is promptly stored.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will inform you when it has been shipped. Please note that we only ship fresh truffle from the farm a couple of times a week during the season.
Do you offer shipping Internationally?
At this stage, we only offer shipping Australia-wide.
Do you offer any other pack sizes for purchase?
Our minimum purchase order is 50g for fresh truffle. If you would like to place a size order that is not listed, please include that information in message of your order form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What should I expect my truffle(s) to look like?
Truffles are packed to the total weight and may include multiple pieces depending on harvest size. If you require a single whole truffle, please request this when ordering; we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
