In The Kitchen

A few simple considerations will ensure your truffle is handled with care and enjoyed at its most expressive.

Less is More

Truffle is a finishing touch — a few delicate shavings added at the end allow its aroma to take centre stage.

Avoid High Heat

Add fresh truffle just before serving, as gentle residual warmth — not intense heat — releases its perfume.

Pair With Fat

Butter, eggs, and cheese provide the richness truffle needs to fully appreciate its depth and character.

Infuse Ahead

Store whole eggs in a sealed container with a fresh truffle for two to three days so the shells naturally absorb its aroma.
