Silverwood Truffles produces fresh winter Black Truffle (Tuber melanosporum) grown in Manjimup, Western Australia.
All truffles are harvested weekly during the winter season (June–August) and supplied fresh.
As a natural product, each truffle varies in shape, size, and surface appearance. While we grade for quality and aroma, visual differences are normal and do not affect flavour.
Harvest & Freshness: Your truffle is dispatched within 24–48 hours of harvest wherever possible.
Storage: Fresh truffle should be stored refrigerated at 2–4°C in an airtight container, wrapped in absorbent paper and changed daily. Best enjoyed within 7–10 days of harvest.
Allergens: Truffle is a fungus and contains no known common allergens. However, it is packed in a facility that may handle other agricultural products.
Food Safety: This product is intended for culinary use and should be consumed promptly and stored correctly.
