Grade A – Premium

Carefully selected for strong aroma, firm texture, and premium presentation—ideal for shaving fresh over pasta, eggs, risotto, and other finishing dishes.

Grade B – Culinary

Offer excellent flavour and aroma, though they may less uniform in shape than premium grade. Ideal for cooking, infusions, sauces, butters, and shaving on dishes.
