Truffles are classified according to aroma, weight, texture and wholeness. Pricing is based on current market rates and will vary according to truffle grade.

We require payment upfront and account details will be provided once you place an order.

Truffle Storage

 

Wrap your truffle in paper towel and store in a lidded glass container in a refrigerator.

 

Use your truffle as soon as possible to capitalise on the freshness and quality of a gourmet product. Changing the paper towel daily will increase shelf-life.
